I wanted a cruise to celebrate/commiserate a significant birthday and thought the ports looked interesting and unusual.

I loved the size of the ship, the crew were excellent as was the food.

The shore excursions that I went on were well organised. Unfortunately, most of the trips to shore were via tender. The tender crew were excellent but I seem to have developed a phobia about tenders and so chose to miss some of the excursions. As I enjoyed sitting on deck in the shade admiring the Greek islands then I certainly didn't feel that I was being deprived.

Cabin Review

The cabin was a lovely surprise with a double bed (I was a single traveller). The bathroom was OK, the shower worked with occasional brown water. The cabin was kept very clean. The only drawback was that the view was obscured by a lifeboat but I knew that when I made the booking. The blackout curtains were very effective to keep out the safety light.
