This was our first cruise with Princess, previously we have cruised with Azamara, Oceania and Celebrity Cruises. We were a little apprehensive, as to if we would enjoy the experience or not.The beauty of this cruise was that it was Fremantle and return. No waiting at airports ,no airfares . We are happy to say that, we find it hard to complain about anything, to do with this cruise on the Dawn Princess .

We had a balcony state room, which was certainly large enough. Our beds were comfortable, the shower was hot,the toilet flushed and our cabin steward was excellent. We ate in the Horizon Court and the Main dining room. We enjoyed the variety at the Horizon .Both were extremely good. The buffet had a wide choice to choose from. With the friendly staff, filling up constantly. The fresh fruit, pineapple, watermelon, mango, strawberry’s , papaya, to my delight was there every morning. Breakfast was always a delight as was all meals on board.

The entainment in the evenings was excellent. The guest entainers especially. Also every evening, we loved to listen to Rush Duo, two outstanding young men who played violin and guitar. They are world class

Cabin BC

This cabin is at the stern on deck 9 and so it gets a little bit of movement from the prop .However it is quiet with little traffic outside .It also guarratees a good walk to the buffet. We would use it again .
