I chose this cruise because a friend recommended it.

I have nothing but high praise for every aspect of this river cruise. Seven nights without a single glitch. I was met by two very nice ladies at Munich airport and taken to Vilshofen. I did not explore the city because I was tired.

Two members of the crew whisked my suitcase away and it was sitting in my cabin when I entered it. The crew were all pleasant and friendly and remembered my name. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I enjoyed all the shore excursions and found the guides very knowledgeable. Transportation for these excursions were very comfortable. I loved the entertainment. Disembarkation was a breeze. We had to leave our cabins by 9:00am but allowed to stay on board until it was time to go to the airport. I had 5-1/2 hours and went on a private guided tour. When I returned to the ship, I was welcomed back and offered lunch. When I said "but my cruise is over", the response was, "you are still our guest". Read more
