I have cruised other cruise lines before and was very disappointed with Norwegian. They canceled our port visit to Skagway, Alaska and only notified me 2 days before sailing. They were only going to give $100 onboard credit as compensation, which was nothing for the price paid for cabin... This was an Alaska Cruise and we only visited 2 ports, with one being a very short and rush stop in Juneau! I had booked an excursion at Skagway and was really looking forward to it. They did credit me a refund for the excursion. Disembarkation for cruise excursions in Juneau, Victoria and Seattle were very disorganized.

On the up side the nightly entertainment was good. The comedy and magic show were nice the Cirque show was fantastic. The food was tasty. My cabin was very well kept very attentive cabin steward (Gemil), I did notice some wear and tear but overall it was in good condition. Great view of glacier from cabin, comfy bed, cabin size was adequate, plenty of storage space. Bathroom size a little tight.

I liked the fact that I was able to leave the ship using The Easy Walk-Off Disembarkation and not have to deal with the crowds waiting for transportation to airport.
