This was our fourth cruise with Royal Caribbean. We chose them as the last three have been excellent, however this was not the case this time. On the positive side, our cabin steward Joel was lovely, good customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were also excellent apart from one or two who did not appear interested. The young girl in The Safari Bar was so attentive as was Valentino in the Pit Stop Bar. The entertainment was ok ! I am not a gambler but when cruising I like a bit of fun at the casino. I found I could not use my Sea Pass and on enquiring what to do, the person in the cashiers office was not very helpful. One of the stops (Santarini ) was a waste of time as there were too many people trying to see the small village and the only ways to do that was by cable car which took a long time to service the amount of people waiting ! or a donkey ! which did not suit everyone or walk in 100% heat ! I felt the food was not as good this time around and in the Wind Jammer at the Thirst Quenchers Bar there was a not so nice member of the crew ' Jonut ' who was not nice to his colleagues and to cut a long story short was not really nice to his customers ! This was not a one of, it was actually a daily occurrence, not just with me but with other passengers also. I think Jonut should have a bit more training as it's not a nice experience to not only listen to someone being intimidating to his colleagues but also be on the receiving end of his not so polite manner. I was disappointed as this was my daughters first cruise and in previous years we have praised RC to the highest to her. A disappointed cruise this time :(
