I have deliberately waited a week or so after disembarkation to ensure the first impressions were correct. they were. What a fabulous cruise ship. Everything was as expected. Great friendly staff, good food, especially at Luke's Grill and good rooms.
I do not know why others have been complaining, but we had a very relaxing 7 nights with great a few great bands, the Edens (a great jazz/funk band) and Love below Family (equally good with 2 singers doing soul/funk). the piano man, Robert, was also impressive, as were the covers band (Alter Ego).
The pantry had a variety of food from Breakfast to Dinner with Mexican, Greek, American nights and heaps of soups, noodles, curries, heaps of fresh fruit and dainty desserts.
Clean, comfortable and well looked after. Vishal was really nice. Great shower and heaps of room. We spent a a lot of time on the balcony as it was protected from the sun by the 11th floor pantry wings. We took our own Bluetooth mp3 player so had our own music and used it when watching dvds. Which we took as well.
