I had chosen this cruise on the advice of a family member. It was suppose to be a family vacation with my entire family. There were 18 of us. 2 days prior to the cruise I realized that my room had changed. My husband and I had booked 2 rooms side by side, 1 for us and the other for the kids. Because I had added my niece to my room, they had switched the room and never informed me, this occured again when I added my nephew. They ended up giving me a room on the opposite side of the ship.

Main dining was a disaster, numerous of times we ended up leaving after 3 hours of dining, not by choice but because that's how long it took for us to get our food. The other issue whe had was with the excursion and drink packages that we were given. When I had booked the cruise the agent had told me that we were going to get the ultimate package for the adult and a soda for the 1st child. We ended up getting the ultimate package but not the soda because my nephew was too young to drink soda. Just like the excursion package we were told that we would recieve a $300 credit towards excursions, ended up getting only $150. They also put a hold on my debit card for $4000 which they had already deducted $1700 for onboard usage but needed to hold an additional $4000 for 5 days. Never again!!!! I will stick to Carnival from now on. For the amount of money we paid and spent I expected more.
