The cruise started a day early for us when we flew to Copenhagen, the departure city. We went to Cabinn City, our hotel, which was a very nice hotel to stay at if you don't mind the lack of air conditioning (which is just typical in Europe).

We took a cab over to the port which was about 30 krone for the whole trip (Princess will claim it would be 100+ so you buy their bus tickets) and we sat, waiting for a wheelchair, for about 45 minutes (we were early) and then we were taken to a little desk to fill out paperwork and then to check in. We were handed our ship cards and were on the ship in about an hour. The ship itself was gorgeous but it was confusing in its layout. The map had some confusing parts in it and we had to use the free app to find the exact places at times.

The cabin was very spacious and beautiful. It had the ability to be cut into two with curtains and it had a bunk and sofa bed for children/other passengers and a large bed for couples/adults. There were two flat-screened televisions and a desk. There was a closet and cabinet for clothes which had ample hangers for almost all of our clothes.

( I just guessed on the category so don't quote me on that).
