I chose this cruise because we live in NJ.The embarkation was very smooth for us. we went through the lines smoothly but after being seated the place was packed to the gills with people on lines. Our cabin was very nice and clean. No complaints there. The buffet was ok. Most of the food was the same every day. Merdonos was ok. Tapinyaki was good and Cagney's was awesome! If you don't cook with salt then you will probably find the food too salty. We ate at Taste one night and the rotisserie chicken was fabulous. The staff was excellent all over the ship. The show Rock of Ages was raunchy and very funny. A lot of sexual innuendos. Not for young children and I can truly say there was a lot of children on this boat. Definitely geared towards families with children. Biggest complaint is the lack of adult pool space. There were no chairs available at the pool every day. People were reserving chairs at 5-6 am then they would go back to sleep till 8 or 9am. The pool was way to small for the amount of adults on the ship. You need to love thy neighbor on this cruise because you will only have a few inches between you and your neighbor in the pool. If you got lucky to get a lounge chair on the upper deck be prepared to sweat. There are no cool down showers on the upper deck you must walk down to the crowed pool to try to cool off. Bermuda was beautiful. We did not do any shore excursions with the ship. We just hopped on a taxi to go to the many beautiful beaches. Tobacco Bay was a rip off. They forced you to buy chairs if you wanted to stay. Chairs were $15 a pop. They lined up the beach with chairs so there was no room for you to put a beach towel down. Its not a nice beach we learned the hard way. Horseshoe Beach and Snorkel Park was beautiful. Bermuda is a very expensive island every thing costs a lot. One thing I have learned with this cruise is the cruise port consultant for your shopping is in cahoots with those stores that he recommends. I believe they are managers. I was going to purchase possibly 2 tanzanite pieces at Diamonds international. The sales person was very nice there and we worked out a bracelet purchase. I inquired about a matching necklace and "Jason" was in the store and she got him. Our cruise port consultant went behind the counter with the sales associate and he started to argue about the price of the bracelet in front of me. He told me that the bracelet was a special buy and the $300 price quoted was now $599!! He would not honor the price and handed me back my credit card and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. I walked out of the store. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry through Diamonds International. So do not believe the personal cruise port consultant is working for you. Their working for the stores. In the end it was a nice getaway and Bermuda's blue water beaches were amazing!! We are thinking of doing Bermuda again next year but will probably go with Royal or Celebrity.

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony

They Balcony cabin was very nice and clean. Beds were nice too. The bathroom was on the small side so was the balcony. Just enough room for 2 chairs and verrrrrry small table enough for a coffee cup. balcony doors were very hard to open. I could not open it myself.
