Food on this ship was not edible. Even the waiters agreed. There was an upcharge for 1/2 of the menu. This all inclusive cruise charged extra for everything--most entrees (except in buffet), coffees other than regular and decaf, gelato, pastries at the bar, milkshakes, room service (a fee for delivery and for the food). Popcorn was good AND FREE, amazing. No outside water is allowed on the ship but they are willing to sell you 12 bottles of Aquafina water for $47!!!!! Most of the staff seemed to hate their job and were not very helpful. Entertainment was bad and not worth sitting thru. Ports of call were good but expected in Hawaii. I would definitely recommend seeing Hawaii any other way than on the Pride of America. This was my 8th cruise and my first bad experience. It was my first time sailing with NCL and will never consider them again.
