This was our first cruise and it was well below our expectations overall.

The rooms are great, clean and modern with good bathrooms, the crew members are excellent and very hard working, BB King club offered great shows in the evenings. Spa was relaxing if a little crowded at times. Unfortunately, this is it on the plus side.

The ship was overcrowded due to design and timing issues. The world stage theater was often crowded with people standing for the duration of the shows, breakfast was running from 7 to 9:30 am and all 2500 people were at breakfast at the same time, this was offensive and reminded us bad school dinners, long waiting time, no self service and poor quality coffee and tea, lunch was a similar experience. In the end we decided to snack in the Dutch cafe, minimal choice but no crowds and good coffee for which you have to pay. Read more
