the ship was magnificent and the ports ideal. The only excursions we did with the ship was a tour in Athens to the Acropolis ( very nice) , with free time in the Planka ( shops/restaurants), and a tour in Santorini to a winery, Ioa - the turquoise roof church section of the island, and then dropped off back in the main town. This saved us going up to Santorini by Donkey or Cable car. The tour took us up by bus . Rhodes and Mykonos were very easy to get around on our own, and the boat docked right in the main areas. We walked throughout the streets and shops, had lunch in local souvlaki restaurants and has a great time.
The food and entertainment aboard the ship was outstanding. We went one night to a specialty restaurant ( italian) but there was just too much food. Dinner in the main dining room was always good, and wine by the glass very reasonable. The staff is very organized, and getting on or off the ship was effortless. the boat was beautifully decorated , had a nice casino, and several upscale shops including Bvlgarie.
Loved every minute of the cruise and not much movement on the big ship. A great experience - felt like a celebrity!
we had a balcony room - very nice - sat out a few times before dinner but we were off the ship on most days. Lots of chairs on deck - and the adult only glass enclosed pool area was very serene
