Been on 8 cruises to date, with various companies and this was simply the worst ever cruise experience bar none, a purely rip off money making exercise on the behalf of P&O,

Far too may faults to list here, our advice is simply to book elsewhere, Lifts poor, everything is extra and a pure effort to extort more money from you, there is no promenade deck, no central staircase, it is easy to get lost on the ship, an emergency evacuation would be a very " interesting" proposition, the cabins are very poorly sound insulated and noisy. Crew were rude and disinterested, WI fi at £12.50 per day only worked for 8 hours, the librarian was simply one of the rudest, most arrogant men I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, refused to conternance any refund without a massive argument and a recourse way above his pay grade
