Kotor, Montenegro

This was our first cruise and we chose Thomson for its varied destinations that were on our 'bucket list' and many of the places didn't disappoint. Venice, Dubrovnik and Kotor were our highlights.

We flew out to Dubrovnik from Manchester airport and were impressed that on check in we were informed we didn't need to collect our luggage in Dubrovnik airport as it would be transported straight to our cabin for us. We arrived in Dubrovnik after a short transfer from the airport and after a quick and smooth embarkation and check in we were able to access our cabin straight away. Our cabin steward Ahmed couldn't do enough to please us and was friendly and reliable all through our stay. Our cabin was an outside cabin on the bottom deck. It was big enough for us as it was just somewhere to sleep. If you want luxurious and spacious I would suggest upgrading your cabin beforehand.

We ventured out into Dubrovnik to explore what it had to offer as we were spending a further two days there later on in the cruise. When we returned to the ship our cases had arrived in time for the safety drill- the drill was handled professionally and was very clearly delivered.

Cabin Review

Cabin Outside cabin

Our cabin was on the bottom deck which meant it was on the smaller side yet not uncomfortable. There was a constant engine noise and movement but being on the bottom deck this wasn't entirely unexpected.
