We have cruised previously with Royal Caribbean, Carnival,Norwegian, Thomson and P&O, after a horrible experience with P&O ( I won't go into details suffice to say they have absolutely no customer service) we didn't want to go on this cruise but it was for a friends wedding and had been booked before we had the horrible experience so couldn't get out of it.

We decided to go with an open mind and hope it would be better than we were expecting. I have to say I had no issues with the ship it was well maintained and clean with nice decor and ambiance. The staff were all excellent and we received great service in all areas.

The food in the speciality restaurants was excellent, Sindhu and the Beach house are definately worth a visit. The main dining room was OK but I felt the buffet left a lot to be desired it was the same stuff day in day out with little choice. Maybe I have been spoilt but Norwegian's buffet was soooo much better. Read more
