First time traveling with RC and last time with the line; Numerous complaints from start to finish:

1. Lengthy line upon arrival and no one happy to see you upon arrival. We had two children and the person greeting us had an attitude, very unfriendly and indifferent. Waited over two hours to board in long winding lines, no one greeted the arrivers...

2. Long lines to get off at ports and chaotic at best. Two hours to get to Labadee. Island was a waste of time. Pathetic buffet, with standard picnic buffet...All activities at the island you had to pay top dollar for. Slide $20.00 and one hour at the children's activity was $15.000. Only people you saw were those soliciting drinks for top dollar. Read more
