That was our 4th time on Royal Caribbean ( all Mediterranean). This time service was bad, restaurants were packed jam not like other big cruises we took, staff somehow unfriendly & on board spending was way too high, much higher than other trips we took. They try to make money in each step you take on board. Room were better than expected but tooooo noisy. Entertainment on board was bad. Did not like & will never repeat. We had a dispute with our bill, it took us almost 2 hours the last 3 days of our trip standing in line in order to resolve. Food at one point is tasteless & repetitive. I believe because the number of customers were high, staff were edgy. Not all staff though,m we encountered some extremely friendly staff. We used to cruise thinking its good value for money. Not anymore. I'de rather see Europe some other way
