From the moment we boarded the boat until the time we left we were treated as special people. The crew were amazing, friendly, courteous and would do anything to ensure we enjoyed our time aboard. The Cruise Director Simona was the best we have encountered. Her knowledge of the places and people we visited was outstanding. To cap it all off she even took the time to change our time of departure from the boat to the airport to save us having to sit around at the airport for an extended time.We had not requested this and appreciated her concern. The ship could not be faulted, the cabins comfortable and the food always of excellent quality. The ports visited were well organised and informative with local guides who loved their city. We would recommend Emerald Waterways to our friends as a great way to holiday. We are already thinking of our next river cruise and it will be with Emerald for sure.
