Traveled with children

This was our 7th cruise (5 CCL, 1 RCL), but our first traveling with our children (ages 5, 8, & 10). It has been some time since we cruised, so this review will focus on areas that Carnival has (or has not) improved in the last 10 years since we last cruised, as well as our experiences cruising with kids for the first time!

EMBARKATION: We arrived via flight to MCO and took Cortran Shuttle service (prompt and courteous, and $32/person less round trip. The line in the terminal moved very quickly...at the pier at 11:30am and onboard by 11:50am. After security, we then met the reps that give you sail/sign cards, etc. Our particular representative was not particularly welcoming...no sense of enthusiasm, etc....maybe it was just the one we had?

SHIP: WOW! Gorgeous ship, inside and out. Plenty of new areas not on the earlier versions of the ship. The ship length Lanai is great, and the side to side Plaza midship was a nice touch.
