Sail Date: Jul 2016

Out of all our cruises, eight previous cruises in various locations, this ship had the worst service. The crew and the staff just didn't care about their customers. Minor issues, that on other cruise lines would be addressed and corrected, would be ignored.

-WIFI was expensive and you had to order it for at least two days. No hourly rate, at least non that I was able to find.

-Food in the main dining room and windjammer were just OK...both selection and taste. We did not do specialty dining...preferred to spend money on tours. We paid for a large family trip with 11 people and we asked if we could have a table that could fit the entire group. We were told no. They made no effort during the rest of the cruise to place us at a table that would fit us all or even move tables together so we could sit together.
