Traveled with children

We chose DCL because we were traveling with children. It was our first Disney cruise, and we were not disappointed. As it turned out, we loved everything about the ship. From the entertainment, which was excellent, to the food, character meet and greets, the service, etc., everything was wonderful. There was enough to do on board during sea days.

The dining rotations worked out very well. Each dining room provides it's own vibe. The waitstaff was phenomenal. If you go, look for Baha and Jorge. They were incredible, attentive, professional and friendly. They make a great team. Some of our family members went to Palo for dinner. They found the food and service to be excellent.

The Oceaneer's Club was a fun experience for the children. They really enjoyed going there. The nursery was also very well run.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 04E

Our cabin was neat and clean. It had one very large round window that provided great views of the passing scenery. There was a split bathroom which is a nice feature. One bathroom had a sink, toilet and storage while the other had a sink, tub/shower combination. The room could sleep four comfortably. There was a queen size bed, a couch that converted to a bed plus a pull down bunk bed. There was also a curtain to divide the two spaces for privacy.

Vancouver

We did our own thing in Vancouver. We went to Granville Island via the Aqua Bus.
