If you're looking for a modern ship with every amenity imaginable look no further. Royal Caribbean certainly outdid themselves with the Oasis class of ships. A ship this size begs the question, is it possible for a ship to be too big? That question depends on what you're looking for. If you want a family feel where you bump into the cruise director or other key staff members each day then maybe it is a little big. If you want a variety of entertainment, dining and leisure experiences this ship has all you can imagine. This ship, and the other two Oasis class ships for that matter, was created with the Caribbean in mind. We traveled on this ship through the Mediterranean and it was too much ship for that experience. Mediterranean cruises and mid-sizes ships would likely go more hand in hand. There were so many activities and dining experiences we wanted to try but didn't have time because the shore excursions were all day activities as you can imagine.

If you're booking a Caribbean cruise and the any Oasis class ship is an option, book it and you won't regret it. Caribbean cruises are ideal for being able to enjoy all of the amenities of the ship and you won't be disappointed with all the Allure of the Seas has to offer.

Perfect size and accessories for three children ranging from 7 to 16. We would definitely seek out this sized room again if we were on this ship or a similar one.
