This is our 5th time sailing with Royal Caribbean and third time on the Independence, unfortunately for me the standards have deteriorated since our other cruises.

I used to feel the RC cruise give a 5 star service but I would say 3 star is more realistic.

The whole experience feels like a cheap package holiday now, yes naturally upgrades to drink packages can make it feel this way but the whole atmosphere felt cheap. Read more
