Being a Florida resident and nearly close to 100 trips to the Disney World Parks throughout my lifetime, I was truly elated to bring my family on the Disney Wonder for a true family vacation. Surprisingly, I was terribly disappointed in the level of service that I have seen from this Disney experience.

Living in South Florida my family cruises often, so we know what to expect, but this level of disappointment was truly surprising from the “most magical place on earth”.

Below are just some issues that we experienced while on our dream vacation:

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

It was nice -- it had everything you would need and a private couch area that opened up for the kids with a privacy curtain if you needed it
