We chose this cruise because my husband has always wanted to go to Russia, and St Petersburg in particular. This was our 7th cruise - the last 5 being with Celebrity. We have sailed on the Silhouette before and were a little concerned when reading some of the negative comments.
As elite members embarkation took 20 mins max for the 4 of us and our cabins were ready as we got onto the ship.
We have to say that we were not disappointed. The cabin was as expected with nothing to complain about. in fact the service in every part of the ship was excellent and very attentive.

As expected. Had fridge emptied and used it for cold drinks - no problem. Cabin staff were excellent and a joy to talk to.
