just arrived back from 4 night mini cruise. embarkation from Southampton was great very quick. cases where at cabin very quickly we thought this is excellent then things started to go downhill, cabin was not very clean the baloncy was very dirty, toilet was blocked with which they unblocked it 3 times. the service was well below average for a 5 star cruise liner

the staff where not very friendly quite abupt in the golden lion pub. the food in the buffet was good with plenty of choice. the food in restaurant was ok. we where expecting abit more quality from cunard but we where very disappointed, don't think we will be back. going back to celebrity. casino staff where very pleasant and helpful. but overall cunard need to up their game as there where quite a few unhappy passengers.

the shows where good and the afternoon cinema was a good idea
