Our first experience of cruising and we had a great week.

The staff almost without exception were so friendly helpful and efficient, and very personable- better than anywhere I've been before actually. They made a real effort to connect with you and even if you came across a mechanic or someone not directly involved with the guests they smiled and said hello. We felt very well looked after by our two excellent cabin stewards and the lads in the restaurant who looked after us each night were fab. They were all impeccably turned out and professional. They all seemed to work incredibly hard and be around at all hours.... not sure when they sleep?!

The atmosphere was very laid back and warm, no standing on ceremony and the staff often joined in with things. Everything as far as we experienced it ran to time and very smoothly and we had plenty of clear information as to what was going on and where to be etc. Read more
