We have been on over ten cruises with various cruise lines including Carnival. This cruise was selected as the itenary suited us. Unfortunately the service was terrible. The attitude of crew with the exception of cabin stewards was very poor. Senior management were non existent and accordingly their staff were rude and disinterested. The "Vista" being a new ship had no wow factors with small swimming pool areas which were very congested.

Our balcony Cabin was similar to other cruise ships and quite comfortable. The my time dining experience was poor due the wait time being always over an hour hence only dined in main dining area once. Lido buffet restaraunt had reasonable food however limited variety. The pay resteraunts were very good however apart from Fareheit provided poor service.

In all previous cruises including Carnival have experienced friendly staff but not on this ship. Many bar staff were rude and had an indifferent attitude. Read more
