My family of 5 just finished up a four night cruise on the Disney Dream. Going into the cruise, I was nervous the crowds would be unmanageable because it is in the middle of Summer vacation for most U.S.A. schools. While there were times that it certainly was crowded (elevator areas after a show) most of the time it was not a problem at all. And as other cruisers have said, there is typically plenty of space in the adult areas on Decks 12 and 13.

Okay, so here are some of the things I absolutely loved about the cruise:

1. Our room was immaculate (Deck 10, Category 4A) and the layout really is perfect for traveling families. No need to worry about setting up the beds for nighttime. Disney handles that. Showers were great! High pressure rain shower heads! On deck 10, you will hear some movement of chairs from time to time, but not after what most cruisers would consider bedtime or before when most cruisers would be getting up in the morning.
