Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
We were on the Harmony of the Seas for a 7 day Med cruise from Rome departing Rome on July 14, 2016.
My rating on the ship and cruise is really 4.5 stars (but I couldn't figure-out how to show that in the star rating above).
Overall very attentive staff and the food was generally excellent. Areas that need improvement are the Guest Services desk which was often almost a mob scene. I got around that by taking care of any business with them very early - just after 6 AM.
