We choose Celebrity because of our past experiences with them and the itinerary for this cruise. After sailing with them twice in Concierge Class with high satisfaction, this experience was a let down. We booked several excursions on this trip. At one port we had approximately 500 people waiting in line for tenders to return to the ship. With one exception, the excursions were poorly organized and lacked quality guides. The food was average at best and often lacked variety and flavor. We have always booked Concierge class. It has declined and is not worth the additional cost.

The good is the staff excluding the shore excursion group. They are working hard to make your experience a good one. They are obviously restricted with cost cutting restraints from corporate. We ate twice at the Lawn Grill, an optional restaurant, and it was five star. Entertainment was good. The ship is showing wear, but is still attractive.
