We started in Budapest on the Baldur, but did not do an early arrival. We had 2 days to explore that wonderful city. The embarkation was smooth an easy, with staff meeting us at the airport and moving our luggage to our rooms.

The ship was comfortable and the room small but adequate. The veranda rooms were quite a bit larger and would have been nice, but were sold out by the time we booked our cruise.

The food was excellent and the portions were just right so that weight gain was not a problem. We had dessert for every meal but in a nice small portion. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. They quickly knew us and what we liked.

Next time I would choose a veranda cabin because they are significantly larger.
