Had a fabulous cruise to the Baltic. All ports of call were excellent. The standard of service was great. And the staff went well beyond the call of duty to ensure you had a great cruise. The food on board was excellent but some of the shows left a bit to be desired in there quality.the production shows were excellent and very well produced. Only major complaint was the stafff in the MDR not applying the dress code on formal nights. They had a couldn't care less attitude about passengers wearing, shorts, polo shirts, tee shirts etc. I think Pricess should abandon formal nights.i think it is pointless to advertise formal nights then totally ignore the rules. The selection of shore excursions was great and the staff at the tour desk were very helpful as were all the staff on board. The guides on the tours were very good and very helpful with any specific queries we had about things..
