I have been on 12 cruises in the past and 3 of those were with Carnival. After this cruise I will never sail with Carnival again! I was supposed to have early dining but when I arrived I was in late dining. Traveling with a young kid this was unacceptable. I asked 4 nights in a row to have my seating changed and the staff was extremely rude and did not care about me. In addition the food quality was terrible. On the elegant night I ordered prime rib. It was the worst food I had ever tasted after two bites I left and went to the lido deck for pizza. The cruise cut corners everywhere. It was so cheap. There weren't even any strawberries for the chocolate fountain. One day my daughter asked for peanut butter and jelly. Carnival could not even splurge for real jelly. There was artificially flavored purple/pink goo. Absolutely disgusting. She wouldn't touch it and I don't blame her. When I returned from the cruise I complained about the quality of the cruise. Carnival had no interest in fixing anything. They said we can not compensate you in any way for your terrible experience. We just take notes. I will never sail Carnival again.
