This ship has changed a lot. My wife and I was on this ship for the 1st cruise out of Miami, FL, in 2006. It was a wonderful cruise and had a lot of fun with no problems at all.

This cruise in Jun 2016 was a lot different. Our Cabin Attendant Kevin was just outstanding and couldn't do enough for us but then again that was about it. Our waitress and assistance didn't have the time of day to pass on. They were in such a rush to get things done that they forgot half of our orders. After the first pass of the bead tray never seen him again and we asked for more and that didn't happened either. We have sail a number of times on Royal Caribbean and never had any problems before with service or food. But since last couple years they have gone down hill and really fast. I have a cruise coming up in Sept on the Oasis and one next year in NOV on the Harmony and I hope those will be better, if not I'll have to drop Royal Caribbean and gone with another cruise line. On the Harmony we will be taking part in our 60 years together as man and wife. Along with 10 other families and friends. So that really be better since I really spoke high about how we were treated on the Oasis when we were on that one in Jan for its 3rd cruise out of Miami after coming to the Port of Miami. Our waitress on that one was just great every night she had our drinks on the table as we came in to our table. I couldn't get over how she remember what drinks we would like for dinner after only one night serving us. The other couple with us our Granddaughter and her boy friend had a different drink each night so she didn't have theirs there for them. Again our cabin person was great. We had him once before while cruising on the Mariner of the Seas.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin was just great had a lot of space plenty of drawers and closet to hang clothes up. The only thing we found a little put out was not enough room under the bed to store suitcases. Cabin attendant was very helpful and really kept us full with water and ice the bucket never ran dry.
