We choose this Cruise for convenience out of Boston, however compared to other cruises, I wont do NCL again. The Ship was decent, Newly renovated and Clean, the Housekeeping was Great, However the service otherwise was terrible, Not friendly and SLOW - most of the Time I was forced to get my own drink and even then the lines were ridiculous. We had the Ultimate beverage package, its almost like they made it difficult to get drinks, and if you were fortunate to have a steward get your drinks, it took forever, booze was bad & Beer not Cold. Food was mediocre, we did 3 upscale restaurants which were very Good, But I don't believe you should have to pay extra for Good Food and Good service, the Cruise itself was very expensive. Other additional costs were typical, Excursions (do them on your own right at Dock) , Raffle tickets, Pictures ( extremely annoying-Dedicate one space for pictures, If you want a picture taken go to that spot ) photographers were blocking Stairs and Hallways. Spa services, as usual, were ridiculously priced as expected, But to Pay to use the Adult Pool and Sauna/Steam is obsurd, Have never encountered that before. We thought this would be a reasonable way to return to Bermuda ( which was exceptional) but when you add everything it was very expensive. I cant say I would recommend this Cruise or NCL .
