We spent the night in Miami prior to boarding our cruise. The embarkation process was very smooth. They had a specific check in time. We were a little late, but since it was past our time, we were able to go right in. The ship was very nice. We had an interior cabin that was kept immaculate by our room steward. The dining service was exemplary and the food was also.Of course, the best part of the dining experience is desert. You much have the Chocolate melting cake. Had one every night! We spent a lot of time in the casino, so didn't do much of the entertainment or activities. However, the casino was very good to us. Free bottle of wine with dinner, free lobster upgrade and a free cruise, which we are going on in October. The excursions that we did were pleasant. We would definitely cruise with Carnival again.
