Some of our friends had taken this cruise and rated it extremely high, they said it was a wonderful way to see a beautiful country. We went to Portugal and Spain (Portugal's River of Gold) and I would recommend it highly, What we enjoy and find so interesting are all the places (villages) we visited. Lisbon, Porto Pinhao, Regua and Salamanca were quaint and so enjoyable. Loved Historic Guimaraes.

We think Viking Cruise Lines have the greatest staffs and crews. Our Tour Director was so funny and entertaining and all of the staff from the ladies who clean the cabins to the Captain go out of there way to be so accommodating. We had to have some laundry done and to our surprise it was picked and delivered the same day - beautiful job. We also like and find comforting that we aways have guides on the buses and they are always available to answer questions and help if needed.

This was our second cruise, we enjoyed our first so much we signed up for our second immediately on our return and now we have booked our third to Prague and Berlin in 2017. We think its a great "Recommendation" - can't wait to get on board.
