Everything on this cruise was fantastic. The logistics were on the mark 100%; Viking has their act together. From the time they greet you to when you leave at the airport they are there to help you with everything. We extended our stay in Paris and when they dropped us off at the airport we were greeted by a Viking rep who helped us get to the check in area and the security area. Everything was on time, smooth and no problems. You use the same bus, have the same driver the entire cruise, great setup. They make sure everything goes as planned and you always know where you are supposed to be and when you are supposed to be there. I almost felt like we were on a private yacht with the excellent service; they make sure you get off the ship ok, and always greet you with a treat when you get back on board. The food was great and the cabins are nice. I have told everyone they need to go on a river cruise and to use Viking.
