This was our first cruise ever and we loved everything about it!

This being our first cruise, we really don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, we really loved our experience on the Jewel and have already booked our second cruise. We thought the staff were wonderful - everyone was extremely friendly and more than helpful. The food and drinks were amazing. We didn't know if it would be one big party ship, but there was so much more. We are looking forward to the next cruise to do all the things we missed the first time around.

Once aboard, we were delighted with the ship and our cabin. We stayed in a balcony room. The room was tight, however, we had enough space. And we thought there was plenty space for our things in the closet and drawers. Our room was immaculate and our steward was friendly and helpful. And for us the ship was just the right size and had just the right amount of passengers. It was impressive yet not overwhelming.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

We took the tender in and walked around the marina. It was OK - We got to Cabo later in the day so it was already really hot. We may have enjoyed it more if we go there earlier.

Los Angeles

Embarkation was great - we were impressed with how organized it was.
