We have cruised numerous times and chose these ports at the last minute to take two of our grand children. BIG MISTAKE. No cold water in our states room, sink clogged up, shower clogged up. Laundry room soap dispenser wouldn't dispense soap even after two phone calls they still never fixed it after two days. Dryer buttons were broken off so you paid 3.00 to dry your clothes on cool setting because the white/cotton setting was the one broken off. They were also never fixed after two days and mind you they also had the same issues on the second floor laundry room, we went there to try and buy soap with no luck. The water slide was out of commission for 3 days so no playing on that for a 7 year old boy. The plumbing issues was absolutely horrifying it even caused one of the big pools to be closed for days as well, now that needed to be going on with a full ship load of people. The food area do I need say more GROSS. The chef needed fired. Lido area was disgusting. It's a wonder people wasn't seriously sick. We personally seen food unconvered and signs stating closed at breakfast time because there wasn't packed lines instead of covering it back up with lids they just put the signs up closed. The food was always COLD. Horrible tasting the worse we ever had. I never heard so many complaints like we did on this ship on how upsetting it was and un friendly the workers were as well. I'm like other poeple on these sites do your homework carnival isn't the only cruise line. Don't know why they stop taking the pride and satisfaction and customers #1 away to line there pockets but greed has sure shown in there up keep and service on there ships. We are very dissatisfied at what we witnessed this week and what we paid for the worse cruise we have ever been on. The conquest needs to be over hauled or taken to the junk yard no one needs to go threw what all of us did this week. NO ICE NO JUICE most machines were empty I forgot about those issues as well. Just to many to list it was just real bad.
