We had arrived in Orlando the previous Saturday for a fornight's vacation, so had spent the previous 4 days enjoying the Universal Theme Parks and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon.

We arrived at the port at 11:30, parked up and were embarked by 12:00 - the check-in process could be noted by the airports!! We were advised that our cabins were not yet ready, so were invited to deck 9 to have lunch at the Windjammer and use the pool facilities. We also tool the opportunity of purchasing the soda card from the main atrium area which saved us a small fortune over the duration of the trip.

Our cabins were available at 14:00. Our outside cabin (deck 3) was not as small as we had envisaged, and there was plenty of storage space for both clothes and toiletries, although the furnishings were looking a little worn. It also had a "Pullman" type bed (comes down from the ceiling) which our daughter was very happy with as it gave her a small degree of privacy.
