1st Time on Norwegian. Have Cruised Carnival the last 2 years both 7 night Cruises. Norwegian staff can ve very rude. ( Not all but most). Limited food after 10pm. Charges for room service. Does not allow you to bring food to room after 10PM. Halls are not monitored and are noisy. There are no laundry facilities to do your own laundry. Norwegian charges $7.95 to wash 1 pair of jeans. Balcony Cabins are smaller and not as well laid out as Carnival. Long lines for kids activities. Gym does not include steam or sauna. ( Extra fee). Entertainment is mediocre. One night only for Sea Food. ( Really? on a SEA CRUISE ?) Food is good but with over 4000 passengers be prepared to wait. This is a Cruise for people who want to buy art, jewelry or liquor. SELL SELL SELL. Customer service response during and after Cruise was terrible. They call Carnival the fun ship for a reason. Norwegian should be called the " What a mistake" ship.

Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony
Poor layout. Closets are hard to get to. Right next to bed. No outlet for a shaver or hair dryer in the bathroom. Need to have key in slot to energize room. Otherwise no electric.

Take the Trolley to the Beach. $3.00 per person. $10.00 for shade and beach chairs. $2.00 per person return to ship by Taxi
Cozumel
If your going to buy anything get away from the first entry. Walk to town. Prices are MUCH lower. Hire your own Taxi to take you to the Beach. Don't waste money renting a car or jeep. You will spend the day getting lost and asking for directions.
