Sail Date: Apr 2016
Cabin: Standard Outside Stateroom

We have been pleased with the personal and efficiency of Viking cruises in the past and this was no exception.

The Elbe is a shallow and narrow river so our cruise ship was smaller and more intimate. I think the crew worked even harder to ensure that everyone enjoyed the experience as the rubbed elbows with each other more than on a larger ship.

As always, the cabin and the dining experiences were wonderful. How the dining/kitchen crew can produce so many and so varied dishes is astonishing as the kitchen is relatively small.

Cabin Review

Standard Outside Stateroom

Cabin E

Plenty of room for two good sized people. Because my husband has restless leg syndrome, we ask to have separate beds - which works nicely in this room. Bathroom is compact but still comfortable. Plenty of storage space.

Port Reviews

Having been to Prague on our own in the past, we just walked around and took the time to visit the Technology Museum which had not been open when we were there before.

We visited a number of places on our own as we had been here before. The tour of the Treasure Rooms was very good.
