Rhine River cruise starting in Amsterdam was wonderful. We only did one extra night in Amsterdam, should have had more than 1 extra night. Every aspect with Viking was well planned and executed smoothly. Loved the local tour guides. Wish there was more time in every port, but walking tours really gave time to enjoy the locals. The entertainment that was brought on board at every port was very good. The tours are for active people and would not suggest for anyone that has limitations. The weather could have been better, spring may not be the best time for this cruise, however, Viking was prepared with umbrellas for all to use. I would definitely take another Viking River Cruise. What I enjoyed most was the smaller number of people on the ship and the staff really knew your name after the first day. Can't wait until the next trip with Viking.
