This was our last great cruise to Europe. The cruise was everything we could have hopped for. From the time we arrived @ the airport in Barceloa until we boarded the plane in Bergen the crew were there for us. Our first dinner was lobster which some of our cruises did not serve at anytime. And the food just got better as the days went by. There was some kind of illness on board causing 35 to be hospitalized. But the captain and crew just continued on and we even got an extra excursion. All of the excursions were tops on our option. That one exception may have been London but that was a problem of the city itself not that of Viking. Perhaps I was most impressed in Bergen when the staff of Viking stayed with and helped us from us from the gangland to the ticket counter. They got the boarding passes and helped us with our baggage. That is the service we like.
