The Viking Sea is a brand new ship that is beautifully appointed and one feels not only welcome but quickly at home. We enjoyed the many conversational areas that were offered all around the ship. The original art and small libraries found around the ship made it very hospitable and comfortable.
The dining arrangements were terrific as we particularly enjoyed The Chef's Table and the many dining options. The food was delicious, high quality and the staff always met all dietary concerns.
The service was superb. Many of our servers learned our names quickly and greeted us warmly every time we met. The cabin stewards - we had two - were exceptional.
Cabin Review
Our cabin was spacious with ample drawer space and a comfortable seating area.
The bathroom was large, well lit and offered us plenty of space to store our cosmetics.
We were in a penthouse veranda suite. We enjoyed taking many photos from our veranda but it was too cool to sit outside for very long..... but the light was magnificent in our cabin.
