Travel arrangements were excellent. Viking representatives met us at the airport and then, on return, took care of us right up to airport security.

The planning of ports and shore excursions demonstrated extensive experience with the itinerary. Local guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. The sites visited were interesting and not filled with designated shopping opportunities. There was ample free time included to pursue individual interests and shopping. We found Viking representatives from other ships to be very helpful and accommodating, when we occasionally encountered them on shore. They answered any questions and looked out for all Viking guests. We hitched a ride back to our ship with another group on one occasion.

The stateroom was comfortable and well maintained. Service was excellent. Dining was always pleasant – no waiting or crowding. The menu offered a wide range of choices. The meals were generous, without being excessive. The availability of optional informal outdoor dining was a plus. Read more
