We (2 senior couples) travel frequently together but none of us have cruised previously. Overall, I have rated our experience as 5 star given our experiences and expectations. Both embarking and disembarking went extremely smoothly. We were especially impressed with the process of disembarking in Vancouver as we opted to take our luggage rather than having it delivered from the ship. We were among the small group that chose this option and we were off the ship, through Canadian customs , into a taxi and at our hotel within 20 minutes.

Both couples had veranda cabins and we found them well outfitted, clean, spacious and having great views.

We opted for the flexible dining package and had no problem in making reservations for diner daily. We avoided the buffet restaurant when possible, finding it hectic and somewhat of a feeding frenzy with people butting into lines etc. All meals were excellent with lots of options for all tastes . It was very convenient to have selected the Classic Beverage package when we booked our cruise. Read more
