I would have rated this cruise as excellent except that our port of embarkation was changed at the lat minute. Instead of leaving from Paris, we were relegated to a port in Le Pecq and were denied the numerous advantages of being in Paris before and after cruising. This was a major disappointment and, frankly, we believe that we should have received some sort of refund for the inconvenience of being in Le Pecq. Other than this, the cruise experience was wonderful.

The ship, food, and service were all excellent and made for a great experience. The visit to Versailles was disappointing but that was largely due to the strike that was occurring and resulted in us entering the facility late. This made for a rushed and crowded tour that was not at all worth the $149 that each of us paid for the experience. The tour in Le Pecq was just a time filler and added little to the overall tour experience.
